Our groups meet in person once a week for three hours, with scheduled breaks. Men's and women's groups are held separately and are led by a trained facilitator. Before joining, each participant must complete an intake. Attendance is strictly enforced, and any absences or late arrivals must be communicated to Program Coordinator. There are fees for both the intake assessment and group participation.
